SO TOTALLY FINISHED THE BOUQUET AWW YEAH.
Designed to be the type of person who looks pretty ordinary and average without makeup. It's only the bling that makes her look that fabulous.
NAME Isama, alias Ylang-Ylang
WHO IS THIS PERSON One of the current Bouquet, personal assassination squad of the Kazinian empress. Ylang-Ylang is the Assiraz connection.
GENDER Female
AGE 33
BRIEF BIO Isama was born the daughter of a now-retired high-ranked official in the Assiraz army, and a famous actress. Her brother followed in their father's footsteps to become one of the current Commanding Circle in Assiraz when one of their number conveniently died. In fact, there were a fair few convenient deaths and injuries in the lives of Isama's friends and family. Isama herself was one step from sitting on Shizaaqa's advisory panel when her killings were uncovered.
However, it wasn't the investigators that found her out, but the head of intelligence in Assiraz. Now, the head of intelligence didn't let on to anyone that she was looking into Isama, because she is also known as Fern, Shizaaqa's spy for all things Bouquet. So she discreetly brought Isama up into Shizaaqa's office, where--mostly for the sake of her high-ranking family and the scandle it would cause if she were dungeoned--Isama took up the codename of Ylang-Ylang and carefully declined the position on Shizaaqa's panel. Shizaaqa even let her stay in Assiraz, which was jolly nice of her.
Of course, when Yan rocked up, she was the one to strike up conversation. She could see the power he was going for and dove right in.
CHARACTER Ylag-Ylang is an ambitious snob. She'll literally kill for her family to have an opportunity to rise higher in their lives, and isn't likely to befriend anyone unless she can see profit for herself. She has impeccable taste in culture and fashion, and always presents an incredibly clean public image.
POINTS OF INTEREST
Ylang-Ylang is highly cultured, especially in performance arts, and is all over any new production in Assiraz.
These are ylang-ylang flowers. They have a gorgeous perfume.

Ylang-Ylang is the only member of the Bouquet Assili has ever seen in person. She only knows her as the palace official, though, not as an assassin.
