ABOUT Holy crap it's not a character 100-ish =0 Because I requested two of these three in Sallie's meme without having ever written Bazhan before myself, I sort of roped myself into having to write him a bit before she could. So! Here we have Zakaariss, Bazhan and Rezzi, three of Shizaaqa's Commanding Circle, discussing tactics and developing character a little bit. YAY! Man it's been so long since I wrote anything and I choose to break the drought with tactics and politics. What is wrong with me D:



They met in Commander Zakaariss’ office. Somehow they always met in Commander Zakaariss’ office, almost as though he were the general already. It was a severe, empty room for all its grand space, with the large hanging of the commander’s sage and lavender Family Colours the only concession to aesthetics. Commander Bazhan sat in one chair, Commanderis Rezzi in another, Zakaariss himself in the last behind his desk. Beyond that there was just the bookcase half-full of war histories.

TITLE Happy Birthday Assili

NOTES Actually written at various intervals last year but for some reason I completely forgot to post it when we finally finished it, whoops. ANYWAY. Assili's birthday yaaaay! Clearly this will be a relaxed and completely non-judgemental affair. Yeah no.

Kanera strode as much as his legs would allow him across the balcony. Sahid strode beside him, hitching the front of his sarong up with his free hand as he walked. They had both opted for the traditional attire for this evening’s cocktail hour. Assili loved tradition, and tonight was all about Kanera’s little sister. There was, he had to admit, more class to wearing a sarong than a pair of pants.

Notes~ More getting to know peoples :D As such, potentially reads a bit all over the place, certainly no central character focus, typos cos I'm too lazy to find and fix them, but just a bit of fun :D Zakaariss, as I believe we have established, has his eye on the position of General. This most often means being the empress's not-husband, and Assili's next in line. Give her a few years for hormones to kick in and she'll totally find him hot X) For the moment, though, he's just the most capable of her mum's Commanding Circle.

This one takes place shortly after the last one with Zakaariss and Sahid.

A black mountain, btw, is a black Russian. Kazinian mountains are where the vodka is, so it fits =3
