The towers themselves are entirely spiral staircase leading to the room at the top, I was just kinda lazy about putting the stairs on the plan >> In centuries passed they were used as vantage points to shoot invading nasties, but since nothing's attacked for AGES, they've basically been used for storage of stuff that never gets used. Then the twins rocked up, and instead of giving them guest rooms right next door to each other, they ended up in the towers =D
