Aelen, Melraan's wife, whose character is loosely based on U + Ur Hand by P!nk.

Significant Other(s)~ Husband: Melraan, swordsman of the King's Own
Background~ Aelen's father runs one of the high-end pubs in Ni-Yana. Not quite high-end enough to compete with the 'Thrai, but still a damn fine pub. Melraan's dad was one of the regulars there, and good friends with Aelen's dad, sothat's how the two of them met, when they were just little kiddies. They've always been strong friends and incredibly evil together, always pulling pranks on their respective parents and running off giggling.
When Melraan signed up for army training at 13, he didn't have half as much free time, so Aelen, now 15, started working at her dad's pub, and occasionally nicked over to the palace to go "ooh" at the swordies. As such, she's very much the party girl X3
Neither of them can remember having any discussions about marriage, and they're not even sure if Melraan ever actually asked her. They'd probably had the idea in the back of their minds for so long that there was never any question about it. Melraan turned twenty, and at the next full moon they got married, simple as that. There's never really been any great romance between the two of them--they're still more good friends than husband and wife.
Despite that, they have a six-year-old daughter, Rair, who is just as cheeky and evil as her parents X3 They're an insane family X)
Employment~ She quit woking at the pub as soon as Melraan got into First Company.
Appearance~ Slightly shorter than average, with long hair that reaches to the small of her back, is curly at the ends, and usually tied up in a ponytail on the right side of her head. Hourglass figure and exceedingly proud of it X3 She likes her bling, she does X3
Distinguishing Characteristics~ Nothing really
Quirks~ She makes fun of the Own, especially Melraan, at any opportunity, rolling her eyes and describing their missions like a romp in the daisies. At the same time though, she loves~ watching the bois in action, and insists on being at the palace for any Own challenge, whether Melraan's part of it or not. Melraan tries to keep the blade archer challenges secret from her, but it never works XD Aelen's the one who gave Melraan his habit of emphasising the second syllable of people's names to mock them, and she's picked up his sense of dry, sarcastic humour. They've grown up together and inherited a lot of each others traits XD

Sin-of-Anger~ She gets annoyed when guys start trying to chat her up at the pub, and has about as many turn-down lines as the guys have pick-ups X3 Other than that tho, it takes a lot~~ to get her pissy.
Sin-of-Envy~ AHAHAHAHAHAHA NO.
Sin-of-Pride~ That's~ more like it. She knows she's got it, and she damn well flaunts it. Not at all afraid to threaten people with her hubby as a weapon. Which she did to me to get me to do these damn profiles =P
Sin-of-Gluttony~ And ruin this body? I don't think so.
Sin-of-Lust~ She might play it up at the pub with the girls, but she's fully loyal to Melraan, even when he's on a mission.
Sin-of-Avarice~ She's not afraid to spend Melraan's money on clothes and jewellery, no XDD
Sin-of-Sloth~ She gives off an air of being lazy and doing nothing but partying at the pub, but they don't have any servants or chefs. The housework's spread relatively evenly between the two of them. Aelen does all the cooking, but she loves cooking so doesn't count that as work.
Virtues~ Very positive woman, perfect for bringing Melraan back down to earth when he starts thinking too much of himself. Which is pretty bloody often XD She's great at cheering people up, but generally only in the short term. For bigger problems, she can get them to forget about it for a night and just have fun, but you wouldn't rely on her. She's a great chef too, and a fantastic dancer X3

I didn't XD; I only ever make up the hair on the chibis, then everything else when I'm typing them up and adding characteristics. Hence why none of the Own bois have beards in their profiles. (OMG Gylepi without a goatie. That's just too weird.)
