Two in one day! Clearly I have done no writing today at all.
Gee this kid looks familiar (I hope)! That's cos he's the twin brother of this kid. I used the same kid as reference but I'm not sure the bottom half of his face quite matches. Still, given that kids are my weakness and they look similar enough to be brothers, I'm happy :D

WHO IS THIS PERSON Son of Inel, one of the current Raykinian King's Own, and his wife Fina
GENDER Male
AGE 10
BRIEF BIO Qinen is the elder of Inel's twin sons, and he very much plays the part of the older brother. They were both born just as Inel was starting to get noticed as a paluman, then he got accepted into the Own when they were four. They don't see much of their father because of it, so Qinen has kind of taken on the man-of-the-house role. They've both been brought up in as normal an atmosphere as Inel and Fina can manage, so Qinen has very little idea about his dad's fame.
When he grows up, Qinen wants to be a healer because he wants to help people.
CHARACTER Cheeky but surprisingly responsible kid. He's very protective of his brother and the two of them get up to a lot of mischief together. Qinen's usually the one who comes up with the plan and, in a surprising display of maturity (or cheekiness) he owns up to being the brains behind the plan. Fina is so impressed by his maturity that she doesn't mind the mischief so much. Hence the probably-cheekiness.
POINTS OF INTEREST
Inel has an underbite; apparently his kids have inherited bad teeth.
