Someone you definitely all know (shame on you if you don't =P), Nimay =D Not based off a song, obviously, but she does have songs that suit her, those being Hunter by Dido and Respect by P!nk.

Background~ ...This is just tedious. *sigh~* Ok, she doesn't remember anything before she turned up at the palace, so I'll take the liberty of skipping that. So yeah, showed up at the palace when she was seven with an yrae stone fastened securely to her wrist, started army training beginning of the next year, passed her exams with flying colours (well, sword at least, and pretty well with dagger/blade archery, but pretty average with archery and pike) when she was 14, got into the Own at 15 and became their General at 19. also~ Mithé made her his personal assassin when she was 17. A month or so later, Nol proposed to her, but she declined, etc etc la de da, you know all this stuff, and if I elaborated this damn section would go on for many paragraphs, so I stop here. Woo!
Employment~ First Company swordswoman, General of the King's Own and King Mithé's personal assassin.
Appearance~ She's got a bit of desert blood in her, so she's considerably taller than the average Raykinian girl, and has sharp facial features. Well-muscled arms due to swinging her blade around quite regularly. Long, wavy black hair that reaches to the small of her back and that she usually wears tied up with four silver ribbons tied at regular intervals, boofy fringe, generally very messy. Dark blue eyes, very dark, chocolaty brown skin. Large, black-feathered wings that are kept hidden in these little silver wing clasp thingies that hover over her shoulder blades. They're about the size of a hand and look sorta like a stylised wing with a blue jewel in the middle.
Distinguishing Characteristics~ Nimay is a distinguishing characteristic. If she went to Tsayth, her black hair and bright blue eyes would be pretty distinguishing, anywhere else it's the dark skin and blue eyes. Her wing clasps she keeps hidden under her shirt, or cloak when they're on a mission in Kazin where cloaks are necessary anyway.
Quirks~ She doesn't talk. Laughs and cries with voice, but never says a word. I'd tell you why, but then I'd have to kill you. Bit of a plot point, yasee.
Sin-of-Anger~ As a general rule, Raykinians can all laugh at themselves, and naturally Nimay gets a lot of jokes made at her expense, but in true Raykinian style, she sees the funny side. 'Part from that tho, she's got a short fuse, and once she's pissed off, she'll stay pissed off for quite some time and take it out on anyone nearby, usually whoever's on the other end of her blade in the training yard. Among the army, she's somewhat notorious for her 'silent treatment'. She really doesn't have much patience for the blade archers. (They almost all have a bad habit of pelting things at you, just cos they can. Naturally, the two in the Own are particularly bad at this, and the poor General bears most of the brunt of their games.)
Sin-of-Envy~ Not really. She sorta does when anyone starts talking about their childhood, but it's more a longing to remember her own than envy of them for remembering theirs.
Sin-of-Pride~ She makes out that she's modest, but you can just tell she's after a bit of attention. Tends to act a bit smug when she wins any contest at the pub. In the training area not so much, but definitely at the 'Thrai.
Sin-of-Gluttony~ Only when she gets back from a mission, but that's common to all the guys.
Sin-of-Lust~ Nup
Sin-of-Avarice~ I wouldn't think so.
Sin-of-Sloth~ Not really, no. But if she's already planned relaxation for the day, you'll be hard-pressed to get her to move.
Virtues~ She's got a good battle-mind and is incredibly loyal, to friends as much as the kingdom. Also very much a party girl, regardless of the lack of speech.
